Chris Taillon: Treasurer

Chris Taillon is the treasurer of the Bowie County dive Team.  He has been a member since the formation of the team.  Chris is also a charter member and is a diver certified through PADI.
    Chris is a reserve with the Bowie County sheriffs department, and has been with them since 2006. He started his law enforcement career with the Wyandotte County, Kansas sheriffs office in the mid 80’s before becoming a WYCO park ranger.  In the early 90’s he was a police officer for Branson West, MO before becoming an OTR owner/operator truck driver.  He currently hauls hazardous chemicals, for a local company.
    In 1997 he moved to Bowie County.  In 2004 he joined the Simms, TX. VFD and is serving his second term as the assistant fire chief.
    Besides diving, his other interest include flying, (he is working on private license), and motorcycle riding.
    Chris has been married to Josetta for 12 years.  His son, Jason, daughter Caitlin, and grand daughter, Alexis live in the Kansas City area, daughter Tiffany, and her husband live in New Boston, TX.
